The Ticket Services Events Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of staff involved in ticket sales for the Portland'5 Center for the Arts. This position oversees ticket sales and processes ticket orders; performs a variety of record keeping tasks, including reconciliation of daily receipts and preparation of settlement documents; supervises and directs event ticket sellers.
Portland'5 Centers for the Arts (formerly the Portland Center for the Performing Arts) is a leader in expert venue management, overseeing the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Keller Auditorium and Antoinette Hatfield Hall, which includes the Brunish Theatre, the Newmark Theatre and the Dolores Winningstad Theatre.

Associate's degree with course work in marketing or business, and a minimum of three years of experience in the operation of a box office or ticketing center; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the successful performance of the essential job duties.
Preferred Qualification: Moderate to advanced keyboarding skills (minimum typing speed 50 words per minute)
