The role:
We are recruiting for our alternative contracting quality assurance program manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the Office of Civil Rights’ program managers and the ODOT Procurement Office to provide direction and support to staff at all levels for all phases of project planning, design and construction. Key responsibilities include to develop, implement, modify and manage program functions for alternative contracting methodologies based on federal and state rules, regulations, executive orders, and policies regarding the Office of Civil Rights programs to promote opportunities and equal access for contracting and workforce development.
