•Represent the “face” of HR at our client’s workplace

•Are the go-to for recruiting guidance and support

•Work in collaboration with their HR leadership and support colleagues to ensure effective implementation and delivery of recruiting practices and systems

Client Location: Gresham

Client: El Programa Hispano Catolico

Hours of Position: 15-24 hrs/wk - Part time

Pay range: $25-27/hr

Recruiting services we provide to this client:
•Manages all aspects of recruiting process for open positions.
•Manages efficient and accurate documentation and administration of hiring process, including applications for employment, reference and background checks, pre-employment screening, offer letters of employment.
•Develops relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand business priorities and required knowledge, skills and capabilities to fill hiring needs in a timely manner.
•Learns and understands new recruitment methods to create innovative sourcing strategies. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
•Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport.
•Oversees the planning and implementation of outreach strategies. Responsible for connecting people in the broader community by cultivating relationships with individuals, collaborative partners and relevant organizations.
•Handles the new hire orientations and benefit enrollment meetings for new employees.
•Assists with annual review and updates of job descriptions and recruitment forms.
•Managing employee information within ADP.
•Other Recruiting duties as needed !

What makes you a fit?
•2 years recruiting experience
•Bachelor degree (B.A.)from a four year college or university: two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Bilingual - English/Spanish required
•Strong computer skills, reporting capability, applicant tracking experience.
•Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
•Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
•Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, initiative and flexibility
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills required
•Passion for managing and delivering recruiting services
