The City of Portland's Office of Management and Finance, Division of Asset Management is seeking an Administrative Specialist II to join the CityFleet team.

The Administrative Specialist II, in CityFleet, will perform primary administrative functions. This key administrative position provides direct support to the division leadership team and supports all staff within the division. This is a fast-paced position and provides support to an organization of approximately 78 employees. Primary duties include timekeeping, personnel actions, procurement cards, document filing and organization, HR support, website maintenance, supply purchasing, facilities coordination, data management and reporting, meeting support, sustainability coordination and travel reimbursements.
