The Medical Software Install Onsite Consultant will provide go-live support and post go-live optimization support to the new OCHIN members installing the Epic System, traveling 75-80% of their time to each new install of an OCHIN member. The primary role of the Medical Software Install Onsite Consultant will aspire to provide comprehensive support to all areas of the medical software at each new member’s site going live on the Epic System, while also providing on-the-spot coaching throughout the first two weeks of go live. This position provides utilize in-depth system knowledge to help identify and inform potential build issues and be a change management champion in high impact situations. The Medical Software Install Onsite Consultant provides value-add assistance to healthcare clinics, gives input to the management and improvement of OCHIN’s recommended workflows, and promotes a culture of improvement and learning via all interactions with OCHIN’s members.
