The Program Specialist of the Enhanced Support Team works with all levels of staff across the organization staff to ensure the implementation and continued success of various department programs. The Program Specialist will act as a coordinator between multiple projects to be sure they benefit each other and align with over all goals. The Program Specialist will also develop, implement and manage individual programs that align with the organization's mission and support the organization's goals primarily surrounding Revenue Cycle and Billing. Creates program materials, establishes staffing requirements and ensures that program achieves stated objectives. May be responsible for special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the members. The Program Specialist serves to monitor and coordinate schedules
and workloads, utilizing necessary resources to ensure objectives and deliverables are on par.
