As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take on full ownership of the entire recruitment function, handling high volume, multi-state recruiting, vendor management, and onboarding. A savvy communicator who’s focused and organized is sure to handle all aspects of this role with ease! You’ll attend career fairs on behalf of your team, help to improve the processes in place, and educate leadership on recruiting trends and market challenges. All creative problem solvers are welcome!
