You will be working closely with the rest of the Accounting team, assisting in handling the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator oversees and verifies the flow of revenue from our website, workplace sales team and Amazon sales channel. They work closely with our workplace sales team to vet potential customers for their creditworthiness and they create and monitor all invoices issued. They also work closely with our customer services department to correctly record all refunds, cancellations and other changes to a customer’s order after checkout. Their role is to make sure our revenue is recorded as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full Cycle AR including but not limited to processing invoices and cash sales, ensuring payments and deposits are recorded on customers’ accounts in a timely manner, managing AR aging including collection of delinquent AR.
Reconcile batch payments from merchant services against web/POS orders.
Work with Customer Service to ensure refunds, cancellations or other changes are billed appropriately.
Work with Customer Service to identify fraudulent orders.
Ensure sales tax is applied as applicable and appropriate tax exemption certificates are maintained.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an integrated ERP environment, preferably with Netsuite.
Experience in handling day to day AR tasks (managing invoices, refunds etc).

Position Type: Salaried Full Time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 40 hours per week
Salary: Starting range from $38,000 to $46,000, DOE
