This is a part-time .6 FTE position (ideally Tuesday-Thursdays from 8-5) in downtown Portland to support the Tri-County 911 Service Coordination Program, aka TC911. TC911 is a program focused on residents who use Emergency Medical Services (EMS) frequently, when other resources would better meet their needs. TC911 employees a small team of licensed clinical social workers to outreach and engage clients, assess needs, link to resources, and coordinate care across disciplines and systems.

TC911 serves roughly 475 individual people annually with intensive, short term interventions and is funded by regional Coordinated Care Organizations (Medicaid payors) and county general funds. TC911 has a number of programmatic and outcome based reporting and tracking requirements that require data analyst skill and support.

TC911 is operated within the Multnomah County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program. The EMS office provides pre-hospital emergency medical care to the residents and visitors of Multnomah County, regulates and coordinates all pre-hospital EMS care in the County, and insures optimal patient care through quality improvement activities.

As the TC911 Data Analyst you will:
Develop, implement and manage systems to identify, collect, normalize, and integrate data.
Analyze and report data for TC911 quality improvement, system management, contract and financial reporting.
Use SQL and MS Access to normalize data and write reports. Analyst may use a range of other platforms for query development, data analysis, mining, management, reporting and display (e.g. Tableau). Examples of data sources include ambulance data and OCHIN Epic.
