About the Position

Our team is looking for enthusiastic support for a job description project in our HR department. If data driven projects and reporting metrics are what get you up in the morning, this might be the position for you! Under immediate supervision, the HR Project Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties and operational assistance including high volume data processing, updating reports/timelines/spreadsheets, scheduling/coordinating meetings, and communicating by email and phone.

What You'll Do
* Enter high volume of data into software programs to create job descriptions.
* Maintain files and filing systems.
* Update tables and spreadsheets.
* Provide project status and timeline updates.
* Coordinate meetings.
* Validate data integrity.

Must Haves
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One or more years of prior office or data entry experience.
* Intermediate MS Office and Google Drive knowledge.
* Ability to work cooperatively with others.
* Ability to learn new software and data processing procedures.
* Ability to answer questions and explain explain procedures.

Nice to Haves
* Previous experience working in a Human Resources Department creating job descriptions and/or compensation analysis.
* HR certification

Physical Requirements
* The job works primarily at a desk or is otherwise involved in activities requiring little lifting, climbing or working in tiring positions.
* Standing, sitting, walking, grasping/gripping, pinching/squeezing, reaching, pushing/pulling repetitive hand movements, seeing, talking, listening

Work Schedule
* Hours/Days per week: Monday through Friday, 20 - 37.5 hours per week. This position will be for a duration of 6 months.
* Benefit Eligible: No

Pay Rate
* $17 per hour

Eligibility to Work
