The Human Resources Department partners to deliver programs, processes and tools that solve City Operational Department's business needs in support of attracting, developing, and retaining talent. The role is responsible for coaching and advising leaders, in their respective businesses, to ensure we maintain a culture of of engagement and diverse and inclusive teams to enable high performance and extraordinary public service results.
