This position will be based at our administrative offices located in NE Portland, near the Lloyd Center. The position is a full time salaried position. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday; however this position may work occassional weekends and/or evenings.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial matters of Cascadia BHC, Cascadia Housing Inc, and various affiliated programs. The CFO will report to and work closely with the CEO, and has a critical role in assessing organizational performance in context of budget and long term strategy; in addition, employee will partner with the senior leadership and the Board of the organization to develop and implement financial-related strategies across the organization. The CFO will oversee all compliance and recognition for government (city, county, state, federal) contracts and private grants. The employee must be able to adapt to an ever-evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while managing several finance-related departments.
This requires someone who has 5 yrs of experience in a CFO or lead financial role working with a budget of $10 Million. CPA and/or MBA preferred. BA minimum in the field. Nonprofit experience preferred
