ITIL Change Control / Change Management – R-19-1374
Responsible for the IT service management process, IT change management. Accountable for process design, implementation, operation and improvement.
You will support our journey by:
Performing an extensive range and variety of complex technical and/or professional work activities.
Ensuring that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to control IT infrastructure and applications (Configuration Items), to minimize the number and impact of any related incidents upon service.
The ability to review complex implementations for dealing with more complex requests for change, evaluates risks to integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations, seeks authority for those activities, reviews the effectiveness of change implementation, suggests improvement to organizational procedures governing change management.
Leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change.
Performing audits to ensure compliance to policy and procedure as well as working with various Auditing entities to ensure compliance with SOX controls
You will bring the following skills to our team:
5 or more years of experience in IT Change and / or Governance.
Proven ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
Certification in ITIL framework.
Prior experience / familiarity with SOX.
Prior experience / familiarity with ServiceNow.
Experience in Public Speaking and delivering Training.
