The Oregon Department of Education is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Program Analyst 4. This position is located in Salem, Oregon, and is in management service.

What you will do!
As the Emergency Management Director, you will collaborate with agency personnel and external stakeholders in the leadership and administration of the federal School Emergency Management Grant. You will be a primary point of contact for all education service districts, school districts, schools, community organizations and stakeholders for information regarding all hazards to school staff, students, visitors and property.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to Education; AND five years experience in school emergency management and/or planning.
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to eight years of experience in school emergency management and/or planning.

Requested Skills:
Extensive experience in school emergency management and planning.
Experience providing training.
Experience providing advice or technical assistance to stakeholders or public.
Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Experience in administering contracts.
Experience with grant oversight.
Experience with analysis of statutes, rules and policies.
Experience with analysis of organizational budgets and fiscal reporting.
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks.
Knowledge of Oregon's P-20 education.
Experience working with culturally and individually diverse groups.
Ability to solicit and value diverse viewpoints.
