CCC's Community Engagement Program is seeking an Office Manager!
The Community Engagement Program (CEP) is a multidisciplinary recovery model designed to meet the needs of chronically homeless individuals with co-occurring mental health, addiction disorders and/or physical concerns.
This position provides administrative, clerical, and office support to the Community Engagement Program staff.

Duties will include:
Perform and coordinate administrative services for all CEP programs.
Maintain oversight of client records following Funder and internal requirements and ensure readiness for audits.
Compile and prepare statistical program reports. Coordinate data collection and ensure data integrity.
Oversee and perform daily data entry and database management.
Assist in routing and review of contracts and leases.
Become certified State of Oregon Enrollment Assister and assist individuals in enrolling for healthcare coverage as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:
Minimum four years progressive experience performing administrative duties, preferably in a nonprofit or community service organization.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check. This includes clearance by the DHS Background Check Unit. The OAR prohibits A&D program staff from having within the previous 3 years a DUI conviction or diversion, a felony conviction, or a conviction under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
