OYA is seeking a Supervising Clinical Psychologist to provide licensure supervision for doctoral level candidates and oversight for licensed psychologists. This includes agency-wide oversight of psychology services provided to youth, managing caseloads, maintaining work schedules, and completing performance reviews. This position also reviews and maintains quality management for psychological services. As the supervising clinical psychologist, you will also serve as a consultant and coordinator between psychology services and other units in the Health Services department,, facility services, central office, development services, parole and probation, and community partners.

This position requires clinical psychology services by a licensed psychologist in the form of psychological testing and assessment of teenagers and young adults, treatment (individual and group) consultation and training with treatment care staff on behalf of patients in close custody facilities, within legislatively specified time frames. In addition, the successful candidate must screen/assign referrals from staff for psychological services. Must be able to complete psychological assessments to include: focusing on suicide/violence risk, fire/offending risk, trauma, treatment planning, diagnostic clarification, eligibility for disability services, transgender assessments, and court related assessments, such as Second Look assessments. Must be able to manage the intake assessment program within the legislatively specified time frames.
