The Senior Contracts Manager is a key position responsible for managing and administering service contracts related to safe and efficient passenger movement throughout the terminal, e.g., moving walkways, elevators, and escalators, also known as vertical circulation systems. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting, inspections, contract management and administration, database management, and maintaining cost effective services to meet PDX's organizational goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of - or be able to quickly learn -regulatory and compliance requirements related to verticular circulation systems; be familiar with compliance reporting; have the ability to negotiate cost-effective strategies and be adaptable to change.
