As our People & Culture Partner, you will support in a variety of hr activities and play a pivotal role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR standard methodologies while facilitating a positive relationship between our employees and leaders.
You will be responsible for:
. Provide proactive partnership as a change agent and culture advocate that empowers our leaders and employees to drive success for themselves and within their teams.
. Deliver innovative and creative recruiting solutions that attract a diverse pool of candidates and elevates our recruitment practices.
. Collaborate with leaders to identify and anticipate departmental business needs around core people activities that supports individuals and teams.
. Drive employee engagement and organizational efficiency in alignment with The Rose Quarters strategic priorities and objectives.
. Partner with People & Culture COEs in supporting the creation and implementation of key ongoing initiatives such as DEI and learning and development.
. Lead employee relations issues and conduct effective investigation(s) with a proven outcome in addition to having the tough conversations that are sometimes needed.
. Build trust with leaders and provide mentoring that will valuable for them and their teams.
. Guarantee adherence with all federal, state and local employment laws.
You are qualified if:
. Minimum 3 years’ experience related to talent management, HR generalist, and/or organizational development.
. Minimum 1-year concentrated employee relations experience.
. Minimum 1-year of full cycle recruiting experience.
. Advanced skills in Excel and database computer applications; Ultimate Software (Ultipro) and iCIMS experience preferred.
. Ability to work evenings and weekends and flexible hours as needed based on the demands of the business.
. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing and partner management skills.
. Detailed understanding of diversity and inclusion standard methodologies.
. Shown strategic agility and thinking; anticipate business needs, take initiative, and follow through on next steps.
. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee mentoring skills.
. Excellent organizational, decision-making and proactive skill set.
. Evidence of maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality and high standards of integrity.
. Ability to adapt in fast paced, vibrant environment.
. Successful experience leading/influencing organizational change.
