Sr. Business Systems Analyst – ServiceNow (R-19-1516)

In this role, you will act as a liaison between IT and our internal business partners to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements for new systems and enhancement of existing systems. You will analyze business processes/problems to be solved with automated systems. You will identify gaps and provide expertise in business requirements for system specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

You will bring the following skills to our team:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, management or other related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, eight or more years in related field.
• 2+ years ServiceNow administration in an enterprise environment.
• Experience creating ServiceNow reports, dashboards & homepages and using the data gathered to work with process owners to determine KPIs and room for improvement in the platform or training potential.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred.
• ITIL v3 or 4 certifications preferred.
