Oregon Community Foundation (OCF), the nation’s seventh largest community foundation by asset size, seeks a CFO and COO to report to the CEO and President. As the principal financial and operations officer, the CFO/COO directs OCF’s investment activities, leads and manages Accounting and Finance and Fund Services while ensuring the highest level of stewardship of the foundation’s assets. Managing operations will include oversight of Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, IT, and Administration as well as facilities. Under the broad goal of supporting a culture of learning and collaboration, OCF specifically commits to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion through programs and initiatives. To be successful, the incoming CFO/COO must champion a supportive, adaptable, productive workplace culture that values talented staff. Additionally, the CFO/COO is a member of the executive leadership team, serves as an internal resource for strategy development, and will collaborate on strategies that will support OCF’s full scope of programs, services, and communications, thus improving statewide accessibility.
