POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you interested in working for a busy event venue where you can utilize your excellent multi-tasking skills while also demonstrating you have what it takes to stay calm under pressure? The part-time Event Management team manages, coordinates and oversees all aspects of services provided to clients on the day of assigned events. We're looking for a positive team member to act as a liaison to clients and staff to provide information and assistance during events, such as concerts, lectures, seminars, receptions, meetings, consumer shows and trade shows. This position ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, programs and services. The person in this position must be available to work various event hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of two years of experience in event management for a public assembly facility, an Associate's Degree in public relations, marketing, business administration, performing arts or related field; and or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the successful performance in the essential job duties. Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Certification.
