PeaceHealth is looking for a talented System VP of Technology to undertake the management and delivery of all internal and third-party IT infrastructure. In this position, you will provide leadership to all Technology Solutions Partner areas, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Systems, Customer Service and Security Operations.
The ideal candidate will be a personable leader who can provide enterprise-wide IT development, oversight, and continual service improvement. As an organization executive, the System VP of Technology will use their extensive IT experience to enhance PeaceHealth's IT infrastructure and operations while fostering a business and mission-driven culture. This position is key to PeaceHealth’s future, and the incumbent must be an effective communicator and process-oriented problem solver.

Qualifications for the System VP of Technology include:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a closely related field; master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in information technology leadership & management
• Proven leadership skills managing a department and individuals
• Proficient in delegating tasks and holding personnel accountable for their areas of responsibility
• Thorough knowledge of health care trends and the ability to incorporate said knowledge to IT needs within the organization
• Strong ability to:
o direct the management of multiple projects
o establish fiscal and personnel policies
o work effectively in stressful situations
