As a Retail Operations Coordinator you will coordinate a variety of responsibilities including, but not restricted to coordinating information between the various outside vendors and inside departments to the retail brick and mortar group of stores. You will use your attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and aptitude to coordinate projects to support our retail partners.
•Coordinate Retail sales incentives, contests, programs/processes
•Prepare documents and PowerPoint presentations, and other printed material for retail management, teams and stores.
•Prepare retail business review reports
•Uniform ordering and distribution to retail locations
•Manage relationship with supplies vendor; create PO/BPO as needed.
•Consolidate District Manager reports and distribution
•Coordinate and maintain key partners access and information for the retail stores See/Level, Shoppertrak customer tracking portal, etc.
•Coordinate cross functional efforts to support annual, semi-annual and other regional meetings, New stores, remodels.
•Project Coordination: Various recurring and occasional cross-functional projects
•Preparing and executing invoicing for the retail stores.
•Maintain and store various files documents and other resources relating to store and store manager contact information and associated store analytical data in electronic format.
•Coordination support for the District Managers and Operations Team.
•College Degree Highly Preferred, High School Diploma Required
•1-2 years previous experience coordinating projects, events, or prioritizing complicated tasks
•Attention to detail, and organizational skills
•Self-Motivated, reprioritization of tasks as needed
•Ability to come up with solutions for complicated problems with little direction
•Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Powerpoint
•Previous experience in a retail setting preferred
