Our Maintenance Trainee Program is designed to bring new employees into our maintenance field and provide them with training and experience. This on the job training program prepares participants for future careers as transportation maintenance specialists 2.

Applicants are not eligible for the program if they have more than 16 months experience in maintenance. Upon completion of the trainee program, the successful candidate will advance to the higher transportation maintenance specialist 2 job classification.

Compensation starts between $2,800 - $3,051 per month. Upon completion of the program, compensation will be $3,334 per month.

We are recruiting for two Maintenance Trainee Program openings on our Pendleton Maintenance Crew.
