LifeWorks NW partners with the Wallace Medical Concern. Wallace Medical Concern offers primary care, pediatric care, urgent care and specialty care at multiple locations in East Multnomah County and the metro area. The Behavioral Health Provider position may be eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps.

PURPOSE: Seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a primary care team at a well-established medical clinic, serving a diverse, under-served population.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Behavioral Health Provider (Behaviorist) provides psychological assessments and empirically-based behavioral interventions to support management of patient's healthcare goals. Also works in close collaboration with other members of the team, including medical, mental health, and support staff, as well as facilitating external referrals to community partners.

PAY/BENEFITS: $57,780 to $63,558 per year. Full benefits.


Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist or LCSW required.
Requires clinical experience with psychiatric and substance use disorders, and individual and group interventions.
Requires an understanding of primary healthcare settings and culture, and knowledge of the medical home, team-based model of care.
2-3 years experience working in healthcare settings preferred.
Bi-lingual (Eng./Spanish) skills a plus.
