Lead Customer Account Representative
Utility Asset Management

Develops and maintains relationships with new and established customers. Uses department systems to research, track and resolve complex or escalated issues. Records data and information using departmental systems. Proactively identifies customer need and suggests appropriate products and services, including complex offerings. Identifies systemic issues and leads cross functional efforts to resolve. Serves as a resource to other representatives.


High school diploma or equivalent.
Typically four or more years of experience in account management or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of PGE service territory
Intermediate skills in data analysis
Working knowledge of the fundamentals of electricity and the electrical system
Thorough knowledge of customer and work order systems used in department
Advanced knowledge of customer service transactions and procedures
Intermediate knowledge of regulations and tariffs related to electricity delivery
Intermediate skills in organization and prioritization
Working knowledge of basic accounting and bill entries
Thorough knowledge of National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS)
Thorough knowledge of OPUC regulations, FCC, Telecommunication Act, NESC, SOX and Joint Use Facilities Attachment Agreements
Thorough knowledge of computer applications including MS Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word
Thorough knowledge of Joint Use Permitting requirements
