Come be a part of the West Coast's largest multipurpose facility and help us shine! The Expo Center is seeking an enthusiastic Utility Lead who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced and friendly event-driven environment.
The Expo Center Utility Lead serves as a lead employee providing direction to a crew of set-up and housekeeping maintenance (custodial) employees.
Duties also include: performing routine clean-up and set-up tasks involved in facility or grounds maintenance. The Utility Lead spends a mixed amount of time on indoor duties and on outdoor duties. This position reports to the Expo Operations Manager.
Pay Range: $18.24-$23.46; offers typically start at the beginning of the salary range.

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.
Possession of, and the ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
Possession of, or the ability to obtain a forklift operator's license, aerial work platform certification and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate. Preferred: State public pesticide applicator license.
