General Description:
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Support Specialist is to greet and assist in person clients. In addition, they answer phone calls, schedule client appointments, and provide administrative support to service providers, licensed medical professionals, and clients. They also provide overall office and facility support. Requires ability to interact and relate well to the public, in person and on the phone.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum high school education or equivalent and one to two years related office experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and record keeping software. Must have a respectful, open, unbiased, and accepting attitude toward clients, their families, and other staff.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish or ASL. Experience working in a clinical setting.
