The Catalog Admin Support is responsible for the setup and maintenance of all item level information in our electronic home delivery and eConnect catalogs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable meeting and delivering high expectations with demanding deadlines.
Catalog Maintenance – manage and execute important updates to the electronic catalog database including, but not limited to images and product descriptions.
Utilize first-hand knowledge of product to assist in product categorization to ensure both customer satisfaction and reporting consistency
Assign products and keywords by product category and manage cross-selling strategies
Maintain accurate internal product detail files used for uploading of product to the website, as well as back-end reporting
Process digital assets and associate them to products/websites as appropriate
Create and review art files (layout and color adjustments) prepping photography for web use
Proactively communicate product updates to internal cross-functional teams and external partners and customers
Create and update product content to support multiple websites and catalogs, including partner eCommerce catalogs
Ensure product content adheres to strict Federal Drug Administration regulations regarding direct-to-consumer advertising
Audit eCommerce and partner sites to ensure data and price accuracy
Other duties as assigned

Preferred product knowledge of veterinary pharmaceuticals
Understanding and use of appropriate job-related software applications: VBoss, Akeneo, Oracle, ASW, Crystal Reports, Charteo, etc
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience working within a professional/office setting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with a high level of accuracy
Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, marketing, or equivalent job-related experience.
Intermediate experience with other Microsoft Suite products
Experience with inventory management software
Familiarity with veterinary pharmaceuticals
Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
Noise level in the work area is normally quiet to moderate
