Come be a part of the residential mental health team working at CODA! We have the opportunity to work with individuals from a diverse background who are actively experiencing chronic mental illness and battling various forms of addiction.
Residential staff works as part of a treatment and clinical team in a home setting partnering with residents to provide stability, support, and skills training opportunities for those living in a 24-hour facility.
We focus on person centered goals through a trauma informed lens. Each day staff has the opportunity to interact with our residents and assist in goal setting by practicing and implementing skill sets that allow residents to get through each day on their path to recovery.

As a member of our team, you will provide medication administration, transportation to and from activities, and assistance with cleaning, laundry, and personal hygiene. Requirements of this position include:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related human services field OR a combination of 3 years related work, education and training.
•Ability to work independently and have strong oral communications skills.
•Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License with a minimum 2 year driving history.
Shifts currently available:
•Friday - Saturday 3 pm - 11 pm & Sunday - Monday 11:15 pm - 7:15 am
•Monday - Friday 11 pm - 7:30 am (Graveyard)
All CODA facilities are drug-free and smoke-free worksites. Employees may not be serving any supervised parole or probation. Individuals in recovery must have a minimum of two years in recovery post-treatment to be considered for employment.
