As our part-time Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our President & CEO and our Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the President. In this role, you will schedule meetings and conference calls, book travel and coordinate logistics for meetings related to the agenda of the President & CEO.

You will be responsible for:
. Providing administrative and clerical support to our President & CEO and Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the President.
. Preparing, maintaining and processing confidential information and correspondence including reporting and/or coordination needs.
. Maintaining calendar and appointment scheduling for assigned management.
. Processing monthly expense reports.
. Coordinating all travel details and logistics for meetings and events.
. Fulfilling ticket requests and information for guests.
. Maintaining accurate files and records.
. Working nights and weekends periodically to meet the business needs.
. Backing up the Executive Assistant to the President when needed.
. Performing other tasks as assigned.

You are qualified if:
. You have earned a High School diploma; College course work in business or related field, or equivalent work desired.
. You are highly organized and detailed.
. You are proficient in Outlook and Microsoft product suite.
. You have experience with travel itineraries, preferred.
. You can balance confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
