XeniumHR is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist at our headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon.

The Administrative Specialist is responsible for facilitating and performing internal business processes and providing administrative support for the Operations Department.

Duties include:
•Creates and distributes monthly invoices for HR consulting clients
•Manages multi-state compliance and regulatory licensing
•Office administration duties including but not limited to processing mail, ordering supplies, filing, data entry, and supporting multiple departments as needed
•Prepare and submit state and federal employment-related reports
•Support Operations initiatives for improved efficiencies and proactive compliance across departments in the organization
•A “go- to resource” for internal employees
•Responds timely to customer inquiries via email, phone and in-person
•Other duties as needed

•1-2 years administrative experience.
•High school degree/GED required, Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred.
•Ability to work independently
•Excel in a team environment supporting others.
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Intermediate skills in Excel, preferred
•Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, initiative, flexibility and attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills required
•Ability to balance time and prioritize work appropriately
