Floor Care Supervisor - Portland, FT

Job overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated leader to support our floor care employees. This person will provide hands-on floor care assistance, management of the floor care team, and customer quality assurance. Driving is an essential function of this job. They will report to the Pricing and Quality Manager, and work closely with Service Delivery Team Managers and Supervisors to ensure a successful

Wages & Benefits:

Shift: M-F swing shift, variable hours with some weekend hours required.
Starting salary: $48,000/year
Full-time benefits include medical, dental, 403b retirement plan, and life insurance

Provide direct support and training for floor care employees, many of whom have disabilities
Maintain strong customer contracts and relations; respond to customer complaints and concerns
Resolve work site conflicts in a timely manner
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Complete reports and other paperwork as required
Manage equipment repair and replacement logistics
Conduct weekly and/or monthly meetings with assigned staff

5 years or equivalent experience in floor care operations
Prior management experience in floor care contracts, supervision and training
Experience working with adults with disabilities
Demonstrated budgetary responsibility and accountability
Excellent computer, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Ability to resolve customer and employee complaints and conflicts
Ability to work with moderate supervision and some independent decision making
Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
Use of personal transportation in meeting work requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and safe driving record
Ability to pass drug screening and criminal history background check
