Full-time / Non-Exempt (40 hours/week)

Reports to: Assistant Director of Operations

We are looking for a person with a keen attention to detail that enjoys a fast-paced environment to provide technical administrative support to Save First, and with the following qualities and interests:

Strong organizational skills
A flexible, client management system savvy individual, able to take initiative, resolve problems, follow through with tasks, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner
Ability to work well in team setting, as well as independently; be flexible and adapt well to different dynamics
Passion to work in partnership with vulnerable populations to achieve lasting solutions to poverty and injustice


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide program support in Salesforce management, data entry, social media, and website maintenance.
Provide supporting documentation and outcome analysis for periodic reports or presentations for stakeholders and investors and for quality assurance measures.
Conduct regularly scheduled surveys and data analysis for both clients, coach and partners.
Provide system analysis and recommend enhancements as necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation is recorded in Salesforce.
Provide general administrative duties for Save First as assigned by supervisor including scheduling, ordering office supplies, preparing for donor and investor meetings, and managing room reservations.
Assist in coordinating ongoing training workshops for coaches and clients, and appreciation events for volunteers.
Provide outreach event support as needed by Save First team.
Provide grant writing support to Save First team to ensure program sustainability.
Participate in trainings and coordination meetings as requested by Supervisor.
Adherence to Catholic Charities policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in social work, human sciences or equivalent lived / worked experience.
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent client management system.
Well versed in web management, social media, monthly newsletters.
Ability to effectively work with standard office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; and Adobe InDesign.
Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, follow through, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner. High attention to detail required.
Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing in English, Spanish preferred; strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
Must demonstrate degree of cultural competency (possess a working understanding of diverse cultures).
Experience working with low income and / or high need client populations.
Commitment to Catholic Charities mission to work in partnership with vulnerable populations to achieve lasting solutions to poverty and injustice.
Ability to work some weeknights and/or weekend days; as needed.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Travel required. Must have driver's license, access to vehicle and ability to obtain automobile insurance at levels required by agency (100/300/100).
Successful completion of civil, criminal and/or motor vehicle background checks.
