The role:
Are you an experienced roadway designer? Do you have experience in engineering for accessibility? We are recruiting for an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards engineer to join our Traffic-Roadway Section in Salem! In this role, you will research, develop and implement standards, specifications, and training related to ADA design and construction. You will also serve as a resource to designers, consultants and construction staff on ADA design, specifications, standards and construction practices. Apply today!

What we need:
A valid professional engineer's (PE) license in civil, structural, or transportation-related engineering.
Note: If registered in another state, successful applicants will be required to obtain professional registration in the state of Oregon within six months of hire.

Additionally, driving is an essential function of this position. A valid driver license and an acceptable driving record are required for this position.
