As an Intern in New Relic’s Portland office, you will join our Product Management team for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately May/June 2020.
What You’ll Do
New Relic Client Side Products (Mobile, Browser, Synthetics monitoring)
Review customer feature requests and engineering needs to define the next incremental engineering project
Define success metrics for this incremental project
Work with engineering, design, support, and product management to define the work tasks to track in JIRA
Prioritize the JIRA items for that project based on knowledge captured from your own research and conversations with others
Represent the voice of our users in definition and prioritization efforts
Add competitive information to any feature definition work through online research and experiments with competitive products
Analyze data to find new areas of opportunity New Relic should pursue
You are currently enrolled and have completed two years in a Bachelor’s program from an accredited university
You are returning to your program after the internship
