Position Overview

The Director of Epic Product Enhancements (ePET) is responsible for overall operational Epic product enhancement within the organization. This role provides leadership in driving the strategy with regard to meeting member’s operational needs, improving patient outcomes while reducing costs thorough the direction and management of the Epic product enhancement life cycle from end to end. Working with related executives, the Director develops strategy, plans and people to reach the organization’s product enhancement, innovation and quality outcomes goals; driving and identifying paths, projects and standards to reach those objectives.
