This role on the global compensation team will support the implementation and administration of our global compensation systems and programs. Responsibilities may include: salary planning, bonus programs, market pricing, survey submissions and analysis, bench marking, reports and compensation analytics.This is a senior consulting role that requires a depth of experience in working with all levels of management including the ability to collaborate, create, influence, and implement compensation programs within a fast-changing retail environment.



Responsibilities:



•Supports the global compensation programs including merit and incentive plans; responsible support of assigned regions and functional areas
•Creates,updates, and communicates global and/or annual compensation solutions and decisions to management and employees in collaboration with HR and communications teams
•Creates reports, analysis, and ensures recommendations are linked to business strategy
•Ensures survey submissions are completed, providing guidance as needed, and completes analysis of global benchmark jobs
•Provides consultation on best practices for the general industry, apparel design,Retail/Direct to Consumer, eCommerce, wholesale and distribution labor markets
•Analyzes market data and makes recommendations to management for the annual global salary budgets
•Designs and presents Global Rewards concepts to employees and managers in collaboration with the well being team
•Consults with Sr Leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations on a variety of programs including pay equity, promotions and job re-classifications
•Works with regional HR partners to provide compensation consulting for assigned groups which may include countries in all regions across the globe
•Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. WorldatWork certification or coursework is a plus
•Requires 5-8 years of compensation experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation management and Fair Pay Legislation (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act, OFCCP etc.)
•In-depth knowledge of Compensation concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Demonstrated skill at partnering with senior management and providing senior level compensation consulting
•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders and HR partners. High tolerance to drive through ambiguity to achieve results. Ability to use sound judgment and decision-making skills; manage confidential information and use exceptional negotiation skills
•Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs. Excellent writing skills, demonstrated experience with productivity software (Microsoft Office) and HR systems (Workday preferred), and ability to use sound judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential information
•In depth knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories within own discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines. Applies broader knowledge of industry standards/practices to assignments and others
•Prior experience with global compensation strongly preferred. Strong capabilities in analysis and modelling using analytical tools
