The UHRL program encompasses nine buildings which house approximately 2000 residents.

Position Summary:
The Housing Software Administrator administers the primary software used by University Housing & Residence Life (StarRez) and supports the data collection and assessment for the department.

StarRez supports a wide range of processes including Housing Contracts, bookings, reservations, as well as data collection and analysis. This position provides first line support for staff and is the primary vendor contact. This position supports all StarRez data interfaces, oversees the purchase of new modules, tests system upgrades, and ensures the integrity of the system.

This position works to ensure that StarRez is effectively utilized and oversees assessment and data collection, including generating reports related to occupancy, contracts, and other Housing and Residence Life essential functions. A successful candidate will be willing to learn the business practices of the department and apply that understanding to develop and improve the systems they oversee.
