The Transitional and Emergency Services Advocate is responsible for follow up and delivery of supportive services to domestic violence survivors accessing the Home Free transitional and emergency services. Direct services include safety planning, information and referral, monthly data collection, systems navigation, and support to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault as they secure safe and stable housing or are in emergency housing. This position will complete SSA’s (safety and stabilization assessments), provide short term housing assistance, and answer the crisis line.
