This position is responsible for providing clinical supervision and oversight for all therapeutic services and documentation at Cordero. Duties include supervision of case manager and therapist positions, coordination of all treatment planning and services, and creation and implementation of client service documentation and record keeping for each youth and family served, and supervision and recruitment of graduate interns providing service at Cordero.

SCHEDULE: 30 hours per week; Monday and Tuesday required, schedule to be determined. Plus additional hours for staff meetings and supervision. However, this schedule may be adjusted according to the needs of the program.

QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position is qualifying.

Licensed by State of Oregon to provide counseling or social work.
At least 3 years direct experience in a mental health setting, at least 1 year of which directly relates to providing services to sexually aggressive youth and their families.
Experience working with adolescents in a residential setting preferred.
Experience utilizing (or knowledge of) Positive Peer Culture preferred.
SOTB Certification required.
