As Columbia Sportswear’s Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead you will partner with Enterprise Information Management teams on key organizational initiatives.

Here you’ll design and drive end-to-end change management efforts for highly complex enterprise data, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. You’ll apply your skill capturing and assimilating complex ideas and information in order to create clear and easy to understand messages for impacted business teams and end-users. You’ll use your relationship building, collaboration and consultation abilities to further these messages and processes with stakeholders, leaders and team members throughout change implementation and adoption.

You should possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills with people at all levels of an organization. In addition, you should have the ability to organize and present complex ideas/information clearly. Must be able to work effectively with project stakeholders and team members throughout the OCM process.




Responsibilities
•Develop integrated change management, communications and training plans for global data initiatives
•Identify all stakeholders impacted by specific Business Intelligence initiatives. Create comprehensive change plans to address business stakeholder needs
•Execute change impact workshops for assigned projects to determine key changes within the organization
•Create communication and marketing materials to support assigned project(s)
•Create change readiness materials for highly impacted employees
•Manage consultants or other OCM outside resources as needed to support Business Intelligence change management, including development of training
•Work closely with stakeholders to ensure change management, communication and training plans are implemented for assigned project(s)
•Partner within OCM team to provide seamless delivery to audiences that are impacted by multiple projects within the Company/Enterprise Portfolio
•Act as internal consultant to develop end-to-end change management strategies and tactical plans using an established change management methodology

Experience:
•Bachelor’sDegree with emphasis in business/communications and/or humanresources. Master’s Degree preferred. Applied experience may beconsidered in lieu of degree.
•8+years broad business experience including direct experience participatingin the implementation of business change initiatives
•Solidunderstanding of change management, communication, organizationaleffectiveness, training and instructional design concepts and bestpractices
•Appliedchange management and organizational development experience in support ofBusiness Intelligence initiatives
•Advancedproject management skills with demonstrated balance of strategic anddetailed tactical plans
•Possessadvanced leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectivelyexecute against change management strategies and plans.
•Abilityto work and collaborate across diverse teams and influence leaders todrive adoption of complex changes throughout the organization.
•Advancedcommunication, organization and presentation skills for all audienceswithin the organization
•Highproficiency in using Microsoft tools for communications and analysis(Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and SharePoint)preferred
•Prosci®, ADKAR Practitioner Certification or ability to obtain within six monthsof hire.
