The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development is seeking our next full-time Office Specialist 2 (Department Support and Reception).

What would you be doing?
You would be the initial point of contact for the agency and would be responsible for efficiently and effectively providing varied clerical support to all agency programs. You would answer inquiries, input data, prepare various documents, process records, perform records maintenance, coordinate travel arrangements, file, and process the mail.
• Well organized, detail oriented and resourceful;
• Relates to people in an open, friendly and accepting manner;
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing and communicating across the team;
• Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Demonstrates reliable attendance and arrives on time;
• Self-motivated and proactive.
