Position Overview

OCHIN’s Vice President (VP) of Learning serves as a key member of the leadership team, leading the strategy for building a learning community across OCHIN and our membership. In partnership with the CEO and the executive team, this position is responsible for building a learning health system for our members and growing external workforce enhancement programs. This position will ensure that the organization is equipped with the appropriate learning delivery system tools, leads in knowledge management and dissemination of research findings, peer learning and industry best practices. This role will build and expand programs capable of supporting the the members where they are in alignment with strategy and intersecting with all lines of business.

In addition, the VP of Learning will solicit feedback externally and internally, determine ways to gain support for member-driven needs and implement state of the art strategies for learning virtually and as a nation-wide system. The VP of Learning will build an environment of sharing of best practices and sustainable model for dissemination of learnings, with a focus on clinical and organizational outcomes. A natural people-leader, the VP of Learning will serve as champion for the development of people , processes and systems that create the conditions to accelerate the application and adoption of learnings in member organizations.
