Beginning with our current approach to people and organizational development, the Director will bring their excitement and ideas to further enhance and implement strategies that align our mission, values, and brand promise with our culture. They will be responsible for improving upon our existing HR framework and recruiting processes, implementing professional development initiatives, overseeing events and our working environment, and driving employee engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversight - Provide management and supervision of a diverse department responsible for managing organizational risks and legal compliance.
Alignment - Provide leadership that enables everyone in the organization to understand our values and policies so that they are able to communicate effectively and efficiently within and across departments and locations.
Training & Engagement - Develop employees in their careers in ways that align with Fully’s mission and values. Provide employee coaching, wellness check-ins, and training. Provide employees with the necessary resources to succeed. Develop training to facilitate employee growth.
Performance Management - Oversee and optimize a system of periodic employee/manager reviews with both quantitative and qualitative measures aligned with our values.
Policies - Ensure procedures, compliance, and benefits administration align with the team’s mission across all subsidiaries.
Pulse check - Check the heartbeat of the organization to understand employee engagement and adjust HR/Culture strategy to meet the needs of the business.
Recruiting & Hiring - Develop and implement strategies to ensure that recruiting and onboarding reinforce the company’s needs and values.
Office Management - Oversee office organization, building needs, and company travel arrangements and planning. Ultimately responsible for ensuring all facilities meet culture and business needs.
Events & Gatherings - Oversee the planning and execution of retreats, all-staff meetings, and company parties.
Skills and Qualifications
SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
At least 10 years professional experience
At least 8 years in progressively advanced Human Resources / People Department roles in businesses with 150+ employees.
At least 5 years in leadership role
Experience working with teams across multiple states and outside the US preferred, but not required

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 40 hours per week
