What You’ll Do
As a Senior Talent Programs Manager, you’ll contribute to decisions about how we assess and develop talent, including performance reviews, talent review and employee engagement survey. You’ll join a team that is responsible for leadership development, our recognition platform, organizational development and talent management programs. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across New Relic, optimizing and managing existing programs as well as recommending and designing new programs.

Contribute to the direction for Talent Programs: have a strong point of view informed by conversations with business leaders, by internal and external data, and by your prior experience in talent management
Project management: Drive new Talent initiatives from planning to delivery
Program management: Maintain and optimize existing Talent programs
Data management and analytics: Analyze Talent data and present insights and recommendations to executive and PeopleOps audiences

Your Qualifications
5+ years experience leading talent management programs, such as Talent Review/Calibration, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development
University degree (BS/BA) required

Experience running projects and programs at a fast-growing technology company
Experience with Workday Talent and Performance
Strong proficiency analyzing data and creating visualizations with Excel or Google Sheets
At ease presenting data and making recommendations to our HRBPs, Chief People Officer, and New Relic Leadership
