We are seeking three full-time Budget Analysts in the Office of Finance, Information and Technology at the Oregon Department of Education. Two positions will be permanent and one will be a limited duration.

The purpose of this position is to carry out the goals and objectives of the Department of Education by assisting in the development, execution, and monitoring of the Department’s biennial budget. This position acts as a budget analyst for department offices/divisions, as assigned by the Budget Services Director, assists with the development and preparation of the agency’s biennial budgets and maintains locally generated tracking spreadsheets and other documentation. In particular, one of these positions is established to provide additional technical support to the Early Learning programs for understanding fiscal processes and reporting made available to offices.
