We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist intern: a customer service star who is excited to learn how to support an enterprise software product for a lineup of customers doing great things for the world. In this role you will report to the manager of technical support.
In this position at Jama Software, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your customer service experience into a fulfilling experience in tech, by:
collaborating with Customer Care colleagues and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve customer-reported issues
triaging and prioritizing incoming tickets and calls, handling when appropriate and transitioning to other support team members when necessary
providing functional support for Jama Connect to customers, partners and employees
working closely with customers to identify, reproduce and log defects
We are looking for a person with the following qualities:
can work a M-F shift, from 9-6
has at least two years of experience providing customer service, including working as a barista, in retail, in a call center, etc.
is an excellent communicator who loves working with people and takes pride conveying their message clearly and concisely
possesses some troubleshooting skills and is eager to learn more
enjoys working with technology that is new or unfamiliar
has a collaborative personality and can provide and accept feedback in stride
appreciates process and will not only enforce it, but suggest improvements
