The Site Manager- Floating position supports Home Forward's strategic and operational objectives in the following way:
To coordinate and oversee multiple property management functions, to ensure maximum occupancy of housing units, to direct or coordinate response to emergencies, to sustain successful residency and help residents work toward self-sufficiency, and to ensure the provision of safe, livable residential communities and high quality, well-maintained residential units through lease enforcement activities. Site Managers are responsible for the preparation and oversight of the operating budget for assigned property or properties.
In this context, the incumbent in this position will collaborate with others at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders in the consideration of significant goals, concepts, initiatives, and other activities that profoundly affect Home Forward, its employees, and the people that it serves.
This position will be a floating position stationed at various sites throughout Multnomah County based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration or a related field. and five years of increasingly responsible experience working in the property management field with a property management company or housing agency with disadvantaged, special needs populations. Management experience at a Multi-Family Project Based Section 8 with dual 236/202 subsidy, tax credit, Section 8 and public housing apartment communities preferred. Additionally required is the possession of an appropriate, valid driver's license. ARM or PHM certification preferred.
