The Practice Operations Management Consultant possesses a deep understanding of all areas of Community Health Center operations and regulatory requirements. He/she is responsible for providing member health center staff with training and tools to strengthen and improve access to care, operational excellence and health outcomes. The Practice Operations Management Consultant provides trainings, technical assistance and collaborates with OCHIN staff and OCHIN members to optimize clinical practice and improve quality performance. This is a dynamic position with a high degree of independence and flexibility, allowing space for an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue their passions. The person in this role will possess a customer-service orientation, with enthusiasm for finding solutions and connecting resources in support of health center goals. He or she will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at finding solutions to complicated questions. Excellent training and meeting-facilitation skills are a must with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. The Practice Operations Management Consultant will seek efficient and proven solutions to systemic healthcare obstacles for vulnerable populations and leverage that knowledge to connect resources and best practices to health center staff and patients.
